EQUIPMENT TO PRODUCE FIN HEAT EXCHANGERS

We have the complex line to produce heat exchangers. Making use of copper/aluminium by GBS Company we can produce heat exchangers up to 2 MW for factor: chlorofluorocarbon, water, vapour, glycol.

The production line consists of:
a) Press to produce plate fin packets - for a pipe Ø10
b) Press to produce plate fin packets - for a pipe Ø12
c) Press to produce plate fin packets - for a pipe Ø16
c) Automatic machine for pipe cutting - for a pipe Ø10 / Ø12 / Ø16
d) Automatic machine for U cutting - pipe - for a pipe Ø10 / Ø12 / Ø16
e) Automatic machine for elbow cuttings - for a pipe Ø10 / Ø12 / Ø16
f) Expanders to expand pipes - for a pipe Ø10 / Ø12 / Ø16

EQUIPMENT FOR METAL SHEET PROCESSING
a. Lasers
Modern equipment used to process metal sheets with a numerical control provide high precision and reproducibility of series elements shaped.

We have 6 lasers made by German TRUMPF company of 1,8 - 5 kW

We gain high precision and reproducibility of bending, as well as, constant angle along the whole bending length due to the numerical control.
