Pulsating filters are used to remove loose dust from the air. They cannot be used for explosive dust. Filters are generally designed to work in the hypertension part of installation. For each installation independently there should be chosen filter, type of filtration fibre, and parameters of filtration and regeneration.

Due to modular construction, filters can be freely configured.

Filter fundamental elements:

• Filtration chamber,
• Clean air chamber,
• Chute with a chamber feeder,
• Support construction,
• Filtration bins and sacks,
• Compressed air system (collectors, electromagnetic valves, connectors.

Elements of filtration chamber, clean air chambers and chute are made of galvanized metal sheet. They function as filter bearing elements and facilitate its assembly.
Filters are sealed with PU seals and sealing paste.
Filtration sacks of rectangular section are changed from the side of clean air after having side covers of clean air chamber and blowing-through pipes disassembled.
Filtration sacks are fixed horizontally.
Filter operation is controlled from the control cabinet.
Filtration sacks are regenerated in lines by means of short compressed air impulses without any break in filter operation.
