PWPO-T PROMONT Company has been working since 1988. In 2000 we started to produce plate fin heat exchangers made of copper pipe Ø12x0,4. Since 2002 we have also been producing heat exchangers made of pipe Ø16x0,5. At present, we also offer heat exchangers made of pipe Ø10x0,4.
Long-term experience helped us create product groups which fully meet our customers' expectations.

Our heat exchangers find their applications in:

• ventilation and air conditioning installations,
• air conditioning switchboards,
• heating and ventilation equipment,
• air-conditioners,
• ventilation condensers,
• air ventilator coolers of technological water (dry-cooler),
• warmth recovery system with a mediating factor,
• refrigeration counters and shelves.

Generally, the heat exchanger consists of a casing, plate fin packet and collectors.

Plate fins are made of aluminium belt of following thicknesses 0,12mm, 0,20mm, 0,30mm. The belt thickness depends on the flange height (the distance between plate fins of exchanger).

 Exchanger casings are made of the following metal sheets:

• galvanized sheet (standard),
• stainless steel/acid-resistant,
• aluminium.

Coppers are either made of copper or steel pipes. Connections are galvanized in a standard type. It is possible to make other ends.

Materials that we use are chosen suitably for present media and work conditions.
Depending on the exchanger functions, there are the following abbreviations in symbols:

• NW - for heaters (water or glycol),
• NP - for vapour heaters,
• CW - for coolers (water or glycol),
• CF - for chlorofluorocarbon coolers,
• SK - for condensers.

We test all our exchangers for tightness. The standard work parameters are as follows:

Maximal temperature: 110°C
Working pressure: 1,0MPa

We produce devices that meet other requirements on customer's request.
